One cycle of breath completes a whole cycle of life. You breathe in, you breathe out and if you listen closely you will find a wealth of information in this just one cycle of breath. It seems as if you live your life in just this one cycle of breath.
Have you ever stopped and take the time to pay attention for just this one minute or less and asked yourself how it actually feels when you tonsciously take a deep breath in, what can you feel there in this space of a couple of seconds really.
- Do you fully enjoy it?
- Do you fear it coming to an end (because it does)?
- Can you feel yourself growing while you breathe in possibly becoming larger, wider, more open than it feels comfortable to you?
- Do you control your intake, stalling, holding it back, being careful as it could awake the sleeping giant?
- Do you enjoy the expansion or do you fear it?
- Do you feel overwhelmnent if you were to take a full deep breath?
- Can you feel the fullness, the joy and freedom it can give you?
- Is this feeling of fullness, joy and freedom possibly coupled with some sadness?
- What would this sadness be all about?
- Do you fully connect with the energy that enters, leads and guides you or are you possibly just a little afraid of being touched by it or get in touch with?
- Isn't it exactly this connection you are so desperately craving for?
Now we are at the height of the first cycle, just for a moment before we inevitably come into the second part of the cycle - the breathing out. How does this breathing out feels to you?
- Are you hesitating to breathe out?
- Do you push your breath out and why? Maybe to get over and done with?
- Are you trembling, holding it back?
- Do you fear to completely exhale stopping beforehand?
- Do you feel resistance?
- Does it feel like dying?
- Does it feel like giving up control?
- Does it feel like approaching a black hole so you stop half way on your breath out?
Isn't it amazing what one cycle of breath can tell you about yourself within what - just a minute if you truly want to know? It displays to you your expectations towards your own life. It seems to show you a carbon copy of the life you are living.
One cycle of breath can also indicate to you where the areas in your life are where you can soften your resistance.
But most of all, just by being aware of this one cycle of breath helps you getting in contact with your inner being thus connecting you to what you most crave for, the connection to yourself and thus all things around you.
Will you feel better? Of course you will.
Has your energy vibration changed? For sure it has.
Will this little thing have any effect on my physical world? Physical manifestations must follow the energy vibration, this is the law. It is not the other way around. Acting without shifting your energy vibration only leads the same results you had before: pain, hurt, feelings of disappointment, isolation and humiliation.
Try it for yourself. You have nothing to loose. Take distance to what I said and what you observe and eventually you will find the recipe yourself.
Then make a decision on how you would like your life to be and gently turn your focus towards it by shifting the vibration of the various things you encounter during that one cycle of breathing.
